Included: electricity, water, gas, a complete set of linen (for bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and swimming pool) gardener, swimming pool. During the week fruit and vegetables, produced in the farm, are offered to the guests.

Not included: heating, caution, washing machine at guest disposal Eur 5,00 - final cleaning: 2 guests Eur 30,00, 4/5 guests 50,00 eur



 
 

It is possible to arrange stays of less than a week according to the following terms: minimun two nights.

"La Gioconda"- € 70,00 per two people

"Monnalisa"-"Leonardo" - 2 people € 100,00; 4 people € 150,00

Prices are per night

"Villa" - the terms of the rent of the villa are available on request
 

Special prices if you make a booking for more then two nights in April and May.

Low prices for the apartment "La Gioconda" if you make a booking no later than the 30th of April.
